Red Tape State

Bureaucracy, has been displayed in a negative light as it has been known for its lack of efficiency or lenience, and strict requirements. It has even coined the term "red tape," due to the restrictions on action or decision-making that occurs within the system. This system of government is time consuming and overly complicated. As a  hierarchical system, workers of lower titles have little say as to what they can do and minimal power in the way things are run, as those topics are mainly decided upon by a large group of non-elected officials that makes the rules and enforces the regulations.
